You may have tried our pork burgers but with this one, we have taken it up a notch. Cured bacon infused gives it the smoked bacon flavor with the pork burger yumminess. This one I'm sure will become a customer favorite with time.
WHAT'S IN IT?
Our ground pork is made with carefully selected trim from the entire hog. We only put lean meat and back fat into our meat, trimming out all the undesirable bits creating a juicy, delicious meat-to-fat ratio. Once the perfect consistency is made then comes the cured bacon!
