Frequently asked questions

How do I sign up for Subscribe & Save?
At checkout, select the Subscribe & Save checkbox, then fill out the settings as directed to finish the checkout process. That's it — your discount applies right away.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. There are no member fees, no minimums, and no commitments. You simply save 5% on each order for as long as you're subscribed.
How do I add or remove items from an order?
Your upcoming order is listed in your cart — add and remove items anytime. Changes apply to the order date shown at the bottom of the cart and update automatically. You'll receive one confirmation email; any changes after that are reflected in the final packed-order receipt.
How do I change my order frequency?
Log in and select Subscribe & Save from the Account menu, then update your delivery frequency. We offer every two weeks and every four weeks.
How do I skip an order?
Go to Account in the upper-right corner, choose the Subscribe & Save dropdown, and hit Skip. Skipping cancels the current order and jumps to your next order date based on your frequency.
How do I get an order sooner?
In Account → Subscribe & Save, hit the Get it Sooner button. Your order will process on the next weekly deadline date of your choice.
How do I change my delivery date?
Log in and select Subscribe & Save from the Account menu — from there you can select a new date.
How long do I have to adjust an order?
You have until the ordering cutoff deadline for your area. We'll email and text you the week before, confirming your deadline to make changes.
Will I be notified before each delivery?
Yes — you'll receive an email notification before your upcoming order leaves our farm.
What if I need to cancel?
You're in complete control. Go to Account → Subscribe & Save and scroll to the bottom for the Cancel Your Subscription button. No commitments, and no hard-to-find cancel buttons — we don't like those either.
Can I place a one-time order in between subscription orders?
Other than Gift Boxes and Gift Cards, our system doesn't currently allow this.
