Hand-cut cubes from our 100% grass-fed, grass-finished cattle — trimmed and ready for the pot. Sear them hard, deglaze, and let them go low and slow. They'll reward you with deep, beefy stock and tender bites that hold their shape instead of falling into mush.
Built for stew, of course, but equally at home in chili, beef and barley soup, Sunday pot roast chunks, kebabs, or a Guinness braise.
A note on grass-fed: it cooks a little different. Lower heat, a little more patience, and you'll get a cleaner, richer flavor than commodity stew meat can deliver.
