Delectable Deviled Eggs
A classic Easter favorite, these deviled eggs are creamy, tangy, and made even better with fresh pasture-raised eggs. Perfect for family gatherings, potlucks, or snacking straight from the fridge.

Ingredients

  • (6 Eggs) Pasture Raised Eggs
  • (2-3 TBSP) Mayo
  • (1 TSP) Dijon Mustard
  • (Dash) White Vinegar
  • (To Taste) Salt & Pepper
  • (Garnish) Paprika

Directions

  1. Boil eggs, then cool and peel. 
  2. Slice in half lengthwise, remove yolks, and mash in a bowl.
  3. Mix in mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe filling back into whites.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika and chill before serving.
