- Servings: 2
Ingredients
- (1 PKG) Bone-in Pork Chops
- (1TSP) Salt
- (1TBS) Olive Oil
- (1/2 TSP) Black Pepper
- (1TSP) Garlic Powder
- (1/2 TSP) Paprika (Optional)
Directions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Season the Chops: Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel. Rub each chop with olive oil, then evenly season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika if desired.
- Place in Air Fryer: Arrange the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not overlap.
- Cook: Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through. The exact time can vary based on the thickness of your chops and the specific air fryer model. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C) in the thickest part.
- Rest and Serve: Let the pork chops rest for about 3 minutes before cutting or serving. This helps them retain their juices.
